Nick McGinn is the CEO of First Capital Advisors.  He is responsible for development of the company’s strategy and oversight of operations.

Nick has held several positions at FCA since joining the company in 2015.  His responsibilities have included oversight of the acquisition, asset management and investor relations functions.

Jeannine joined First Capital Advisors in July 2015 as the Property Controller. Jeannine brings over 30 years of experience in real estate management and is responsible for financial reporting and property specific accounting for our retail and multifamily properties solely managed by FCA.

Jeannine is also the owner of Leyden Enterprises.

Jamie joined the First Capital Advisors team in October 2022 as Director of Asset Management. Primarily focused on FCA’s Texas multi-family properties, Jamie provides oversight of the asset management functions.

Jay became a part of the First Capital Advisors team in August 2024 as the Project and Facilities Manager. With a focus on FCA’s Texas portfolio, he oversees unit renovations, large capital projects and the proper maintenance of the multifamily assets.

Matt joined the First Capital Advisors team in June 2021 as a Real Estate Analyst. He primarily provides financial analysis in support of the asset management and acquisitions functions. Matt’s efforts contribute to the following areas: property operations and value-add efforts, due diligence and closing, underwriting of potential acquisitions, partnership economics, leasing strategies, and others.

Mariana joined the First Capital Advisors team in January 2022 as an Asset Management Analyst. She primarily provides financial analysis in support of the asset management functions.

Josh joined First Capital Advisors in August of 2022 as Office Manager. He provides support for the team’s needs and serves as a point of contact for investors and outside partners.
