Jay Jacques

Jay became a part of the First Capital Advisors team in August 2024 as the Project and Facilities Manager. With a focus on FCA’s Texas portfolio, he oversees unit renovations, large capital projects and the proper maintenance of the multifamily assets.

Jay contributes expertise in building and construction to the team. His extensive experience managing various contractors and trades ensures the quality of FCA’s physical assets. He has successfully managed large capital projects and renovations nationwide, delivering high-quality results while controlling expenses and working with onsite teams.
