Jamie Do

Jamie joined the First Capital Advisors team in October 2022 as Director of Asset Management. Primarily focused on FCA’s Texas multi-family properties, Jamie provides oversight of the asset management functions.

Jamie brings over 20 years of multifamily experience to First Capital Advisors. Her background includes management experience from some of the top companies including, Equity, Gables and Alliance. She has several years of experience in Asset Management over High Rise, Mid Rise, Garden style, and Build to Rent communities. Her success has come from finding opportunities and creative ways to maximize NOI and overall property performance. In addition to value-add properties, she has strong experience in new developments from the design process through lease up and stabilization.
