Josh Maywin

Josh joined First Capital Advisors in August of 2022 as Office Manager. He provides support for the team and serves as a point of contact for investors and outside partners.

Josh previously worked as a recruiter in the marketing analytics space and then spent many years in fundraising administration at a national not-for-profit. His responsibilities included overseeing the org’s donor relations program, managing the administrative needs of the development office, and supporting fundraising efforts within Major Gifts, Annual Giving, Planned Giving, Prospect Research, and Events. He served daily as a liaison to donors, key partners, and the Board of Governors.

Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay with a degree in Theater Performance and Design, and a minor in Not-for-profit Management. For fun, he loves hanging out with his family, volunteering, and finding time for creative projects.
