MATT SNEBOLD

Matt joined the First Capital Advisors team in June 2021 as a Real Estate Analyst and moved into the role of Associate in 2023. He primarily provides financial analysis in support of the asset management and acquisitions functions. Matt’s efforts contribute to the following areas: property operations and value-add efforts, due diligence and closing, underwriting of potential acquisitions, partnership economics, leasing strategies, and others.

Matt previously worked as a Financial Analyst for Marcus & Millichap in Oak Brook, Illinois, where he was responsible for underwriting retail, medical, and mixed-use commercial real estate properties and assisting with the marketing of listings. Prior to his time at Marcus & Millichap, Matt worked as a financial associate for a multifamily real estate developer, where he served in numerous areas including financial analysis, accounting, and investor relations.

Matt graduated from Wheaton College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics and a Minor in Math. While at Wheaton, he played four years of collegiate football and spent three years as an assistant coach for the program post-graduation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, exercising, reading, and traveling.
