Mariana Alonso

Mariana joined the First Capital Advisors team in January 2022 as an Asset Management Analyst. She has since moved into the role of Asset Manager, working daily to help oversee asset management functions for our Texas investments.

Mariana previously worked as an Associate for Greystone in Irving, Texas, where she was responsible for due diligence and asset management of CMBS loans. Her portfolio included retail, office, multifamily, and self-storage real estate properties. Prior to her time at Greystone, Mariana interned as a broker’s assistant for EDGE Realty Partners, a commercial real estate firm based in Dallas, Texas, where she served in numerous areas including project leasing and market research.

Mariana attended the University of North Texas where she received a bachelor’s degree in Finance. In her free time, Mariana loves to travel, exercise, and spend time with family and friends.
