FCA Marks One Year Anniversary of Waterfall Glen Acquisition
WHEATON, Ill., (January 5, 2020) – First Capital Advisors, LLC (FCA) celebrates the one year anniversary of the acquisition of Waterfall Glen. Situated in Willowbrook, Ill., Waterfall Glen is a 304 unit complex constructed in 1970. FCA owns 161 units, and as a majority holder of the condominium complex, manages the property on a day-to-day basis through FCA Asset Management.
Since taking over management of the property in January of 2019, FCA has invested in a number of value-add projects. Updates include repairs to 5 roofs, the addition of new concrete sidewalks in 2 building courtyards, a rebrand of the property, installation of new signs at the front and back entrances, and renovation of the management office. Additionally, FCA has renovated over 40 units at Waterfall Glen to include all new appliances, sleek designs, and modern fixtures.
