FCA created new entity to further invest in deals with our partners

WHEATON, Ill., (July 23, 2014) – First Capital Advisors, LLC (FCA) announced today that the company formed FCA Investors, LLC, a new entity to further invest in deals with FCA’s strategic partners in multifamily, retail, and industrial properties.

“Creating this entity allows FCA to be involved in a variety of deals,” said Chris Pope, Principal at FCA. “Not only are we expanding our portfolio, but also helping out other real estate firms.”

FCA Investors, LLC invests in the general partner side of many deals as well as direct investments into other real estate funds. When opportunities arise that fit our investment criteria, FCA will partner with real estate firms to not only build rapport with them, but expand our portfolio as well.
