This 200-unit, garden-style apartment property was constructed in 2008 and offers an excellent location just minutes away from Bon Secour Bay and Gulf Shore Public Beach, which are major tourist attractions on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. This property offers several amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, a gated community, clubhouse with business center, picnic/grilling areas, and others. 

During the investment period, the sponsor implemented light renovations to the property’s common areas and unit interiors. This property was sold in 2018.
