The property offers an excellent location within an affluent community in the southern suburbs of Fort Worth, TX. Amenities include attached garages (select units), nine-foot ceilings within units, a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness center, and a clubhouse.

This was a value-add investment; during the hold period, the partnership invested approximately $1.3M in capital improvements to the property’s common areas and unit interiors, including a full replacement of all roofs in 2016. This property was sold in 2019.
