In partnership with Lowe Enterprises, FCA acquired Silk Factory Lofts in 2015. This property was converted in 2008 from a historic silk factory into 116 luxury, loft-style apartments. Silk Factory Lofts offers an excellent location approximately 25 miles northwest of Philadelphia, within walking distance of the Lansdale/Doylestown train station. The property offers several amenities, including a high-end fitness center, a newly updated lobby, two landscaped courtyards, onsite laundry, and others.

During the investment period, a value-add program was implemented which resulted in upgrades to the common areas and approximately 1/3^rd of the units. This property was sold in 2018.
