Shops of New Lenox

FCA partnered with McVickers Development in the construction of the Shops of New Lenox. This 12,930 square foot retail building was completed in the fall of 2013, and FCA retained ownership post-construction. The property offers an excellent location adjacent to a Wal-Mart supercenter and a proposed Menards location. Additional neighboring junior anchors include TJ Maxx, Petco, and Ross Clothing. 

During FCA’s ownership period, the property was home to several national brands, including Verizon Wireless, Pizza Hut, Jersey Mike’s, Mathnasium, and Kay Jewelers. FCA sold the property in 2021.  

During our ownership period, the Shops of New Lenox was managed by FCA Asset Management.
