FCA purchased the Mobile Avenue Apartments in 2015. The property consists of two neighboring 12-unit buildings (24-units total), which offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment units ranging in size from 800 to 900 square feet. The property offers a convenient location just two miles from I-294 and five miles from Midway International Airport. Additionally, the property is located adjacent to a shopping center anchored by Jewel-Osco and the recently re-built Worthbrook Park.

FCA oversaw a significant value-add renovation program at the property, which included comprehensive interior unit renovations. The renovations increased the property’s income and value substantially, which led to a profitable property sale in 2017.
