In February of 2024, First Capital Advisors acquired Lightsey Place, a 12-unit apartment community located in the rapidly growing 78704 zip code of Austin, Texas. The property is an excellent addition to the neighboring property, Establishment apartments, which FCA has owned since 2019. Combining the two sites provides improved operating efficiencies for FCA and its on-site management team.    

Lightsey Place is located within walking distance to some of the area’s most popular shopping and dining options, and it is only 2.5 miles from downtown Austin. The property consists of six, one bedroom apartment units and six, two-bedroom apartment units ranging in size from 550 to 900 square feet. FCA has identified an opportunity to implement renovations to the property, including new interior finishes and exterior updates, which will increase the property’s appeal to renters.
