FCA acquired Kensington Shops, a 9,973 SF multi-tenant retail building in 2013. The property offers a highly visible location at the corner of IL Route 59 and W. 127th Street in Plainfield, IL. This building is located within Kensington Center, a larger shopping center anchored by Target. Additionally, it is across the street from a Walmart-anchored shopping center.  

During FCA’s ownership period, the property was home to several regional and national brands, including AT&T, Chipotle, DentalWorks, Which Wich, and Rosati’s. FCA sold the property in 2021 and retained management of the property post-closing.
