FCA partnered with Embree Group in the ground-up development of this Goodyear service center.  The property offers an excellent infill location within the main retail corridor of Magnolia, TX, a far northern suburb of Houston. The sponsor obtained a 15-year, corporate-guaranteed lease with the tenant prior to construction, and the building was completed to the tenant’s specifications. Construction was finished in 2017, at which point this property was sold to a 1031 exchange buyer, thus taking advantage of the tenant’s strong credit rating and the historically low interest rate environment.
