FCA made a minority equity investment in the development of Outlook Golden Ridge, and decided to retain that interest after the property was completed. This apartment community was developed by Evergreen Development Company, with construction being completed in 2016.

Outlook Golden Ridge is located near the intersection of C-470 and I-70, which allows a quick commute (<30 minutes) to downtown Denver. The community features one- and two-bedroom apartments with nine-foot ceilings and modern apartment finishes, including in-unit laundry. Community amenities include a clubhouse, bark park, fitness facility, pool, spa, garage parking, and fire pits.
