FCA partnered with Embree Group in the ground-up development of this Fresenius location. This standalone medical property offers an excellent infill location within Greeley, Colorado, which is located approximately 40 miles north of Denver. The sponsor obtained a 15-year lease with the tenant prior to construction, and the building was completed to the tenant’s specifications. 

Construction was finished in 2014, at which point this property was sold to a REIT specializing in net lease properties, thus taking advantage of the tenant’s strong credit rating and the historically low interest rate environment.
