In July 2021, First Capital Advisors acquired Phases I and II of the Belcara Townhomes rental community. Phase III (the last phase) was acquired from the developer in January 2023 after construction was completed.

In total, the Belcara Townhomes community offers 77 units, with a combination of two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans, each with an attached garage, modern finishes, and in-unit laundry. In addition, the property offers an excellent location on the northwest side of San Antonio – employment drivers are abundant in the area, including USAA’s corporate headquarters (one block from the property) and the massive South Texas Medical Center (less than two miles south).
