FCA acquired 1906 Shops, a 6,515 SF multi-tenant retail building in 2013. The property offers excellent access and visibility along Gunbarrel Road, which is the primary commercial corridor in the area. 1906 Shops is located across the street from Target and Kohl’s locations, and just two blocks from Walmart and the Hamilton Place shopping center. 

During FCA’s ownership period, the property was home to several regional and national brands, including FedEx Office, T-Mobile, Cell Phone Repair (90+ locations), and 5 Star Nutrition. FCA sold the property in 2020.
