First Capital Advisors Strikes Joint Venture with McVickers Development

Joint Venture Partnership reached to devlop multi-tenant retail site

CHICAGO, Ill. – First Capital Advisors, LLC (FCA) announced today that a joint venture development with McVickers Development, LLC has been reached to develop a site in New Lenox, Ill.

The development will consists of a 13,000 square foot retail building at 511 Lincoln Highway in New Lenox, Ill. Construction began on the site in June and is expected to be completed by November.

Committed tenants include Verizon Wireless, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Bedding Experts Inc., Pizza Hut of America, Inc., and Great Clips.
