Nicholas McGinn, MAI

Nick McGinn is the CEO of First Capital Advisors.  He is responsible for development of the company’s strategy and oversight of operations.

Nick has held several positions at FCA since joining the company in 2015.  His responsibilities have included oversight of the acquisition, asset management and investor relations functions.  As such, Nick was involved in nearly all buy, sell, financing, and asset management decisions.  Additionally, Nick led the team through more than 30 transactions, totaling over $500 million of commercial real estate value.

Nick previously served as a real estate appraiser at Stout and Integra Realty Resources.  In these positions he provided valuation services nationwide for a broad spectrum of real estate assets, including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. During his tenure he completed hundreds of assignments with aggregate property value exceeding $1 billion. Nick also has experience in the residential mortgage business in both analytical and sales capacities.
