Nick joined FCA in August 2015 and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer. His responsibilities include oversight of the acquisition, asset management and investor relations functions for the company. Since joining FCA, Nick has been involved in more than $500 million of commercial real estate transactions.
Nick previously served as a real estate appraiser for Stout Risius Ross and Integra Realty Resources, where he valued and analyzed commercial real estate assets, including multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties. During his tenure, he completed hundreds of assignments with aggregate property value in excess of $1 billion. Nick also has experience in the residential mortgage business in both analytical and sales capacities.
Nick’s analytical expertise provides sound financial support for FCA’s asset management and acquisitions decisions.
