FCA Invests in First Industrial Site in Oklahoma

FCA has now entered the industrial market by investing in a site in Oklahoma

WHEATON, Ill., (July 17, 2014) – First Capital Advisors, LLC (FCA) announced today that the company invested in Alliance Steel, its first industrial site located in Oklahoma City, OK.

“Investing in Industrial assets was part of a planned diversification for FCA as we continue to add to our portfolio,” said Chris Pope, Principal at FCA. “After seeing the way Alliance runs their operation and the fact they are on the leading edge of the metal building industry, it was too great of an opportunity for us to pass up.”

As of 2010, their office and shop space exceeds 364,700 sq. ft. and sits on 56 acres. Alliance Steel has top of the line computer-driven plasma cutting lines and material handling system for their welding shop as well as over eight acres under roof manufacturing capabilities.

Alliance Steel was founded in 1971 and has grown into a premier manufacture of metal buildings and related components.
